OUR SPACE

RMB is located in between Movement Fitness and Murphy’s Bar & Grill, inside of The Connection; Health & Wellness. We are not our own storefront or stand alone building, but our suites are located inside of a quaint and cozy holistic wellness center.

With there being two functioning businesses right beside us, the space is not exempt of outside noise. Please know that there will be occasional noises coming from either side of the wellness center that is out of our control. We do have white noise cancelling speakers installed in each of our suites to dampen outside noise.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT:

At Ritual Massage & Bodywork, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful environment for both our clients and our therapists. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following policies:

All services provided are therapeutic ONLY.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate language, gestures, or behavior of any kind.

Any client who violates this policy will have their session terminated immediately, be charged in full, and be banned from booking future appointments. When necessary, we reserve the right to report behavior to authorities.

BOOKING POLICIES

⚠️ Please read before booking:
Ritual Massage & Bodywork is a professional wellness clinic. Any inappropriate requests or behavior will result in immediate termination and permanent dismissal from our clinic.

  • We require a valid credit or debit card on file at time of booking to secure your appointment

  • We keep a card on file for your convenience at checkout and for any missed appointment fees/cancellation rescheduling fees that may apply.

  • We highly recommend booking your next appointment in person, with your therapist before you leave. Priority scheduling is given to members.

  • Our booking software, PocketSuite, sends automated appointment reminders via SMS messages and email. By booking an appointment, you agree to receiving these notifications in this way.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • We have a 48-hour cancellation policy that applies to all clients.

  • In the case that you must cancel your appointment, please notify us no less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment in order to avoid late cancellation fees.

  • If less than 48 hours notice are given, we have the right to charge 100% of the service fee for the appointment.

  • In the event of RMB having to cancel or reschedule YOUR appointment, we will reach out as soon as possible.

  • In the case of a “no call/no show,” we have the right to charge 100% of the service fee plus 20% gratuity.

  • LATE ARRIVALS

  • If you arrive late to your appointment, we have the right to cut your session time short due to having clients after you.

  • If you know you will arrive late, we ask that you please notify us via text message or call (608) 470-2667. We like to be lenient when we can!

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes if you are a new client; if a recurring client, arrive no more than 5-10 minutes prior to session.

    PAYMENT & GRATUITY

  • We accept cash (please bring exact amount), credit/debit cards, & HSA cards

  • Gratuity is appreciated.

  • Service fee does not include gratuity.

    OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

    We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:

    • Inappropriate behavior

    • Health conditions contraindicated for massage

    • Intoxication

    • Repeated no-shows or policy violations
