⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I found myself in town on a cold, blustery weekend and was looking for a way to kill some time, so I decided to see if I could book a massage. I specifically wanted a reputable local business—not a big chain—and after reading reviews and checking out the website, Ritual Massage & Bodyworks caught my attention.
I called right after they opened and was immediately greeted by a friendly, welcoming voice. Kellie let me know that while they had two amazing massage therapists working that day, the schedule was full. She kindly offered to put me on a first-call cancellation list and asked how close I was to the spa. When I told her I was staying at a nearby hotel, she reassured me it was only a few minutes away and promised to call if anything opened up.
Later that afternoon, Kellie even took the time to text me and let me know that a cancellation wasn’t looking likely. She also offered to get me in the following day, but unfortunately I was leaving town mid-day.
I’m giving this a five-star review purely based on the friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care shown to a potential customer. Kellie’s customer service was outstanding — warm, thoughtful, and appreciative from start to finish. If this is how they treat someone over the phone, I can only imagine how wonderful the hands-on experience must be.
I truly hope to find myself back in Rockford, Illinois soon so I can experience a treatment at Ritual Massage & Bodyworks in person!
